The Client Services/Account Manager is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction. Knowledge of admissions, utilization review, and benefits verification is crucial.

  • Weekly or bi-weekly calls with facilities to discuss A/R and go over any questions from the past week. 
  • Out of network rate quotes (Estimated daily rate per policy and estimates given on days authorized based on our data). 
  • Weekly reporting for all facilities to have paid to subscriber payments.
  • Weekly reporting on what insurance has paid to the facility directly.
  • Provide facility with weekly billing census report (sent over by billing to the Account Manager).
  • Provide any feedback on claims/payments/questions facilities have in-between scheduled calls
  • Sending facilities any missing information prohibiting our medical records team to send out medical records
  • Monthly reporting for end of month process. Reconciling against bank deposits given to us- etc. 
  • Notification of policy terms in real time 
  • Credentialing new facilities.
  • Updating Salesforce with new contracts obtained, amendments, new bank account information, accreditation updates or new accreditation etc. 
  • Keeping up with AR reviews to stay current on claims outstanding.
Requirements


  •  At least 1 year of experience in behavioral health account management, client services or revenue management.  
  • Knowledge of admissions, utilization review, and benefits verification.
