Description
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will make outbound calls on service invoices and leads not sold in the field, working diligently to achieve department sales goals. You will build rapport with potential customers, convert lost opportunities into sales, and partner with sales team to establish plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish strong customer relationships to sell appropriate products and services.
- Convert leads from technicians' invoices and sales representatives' proposals into sales.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other forms of communication to re-engage with cold leads.
- Conduct outbound calls for all unsold estimates for HVAC & Plumbing departments.
- Develop personalized and effective outreach strategies to capture the interest of potential customers
- Become an expert in your market area and understand customer needs.
- Generate excitement about the company and encourage positive word-of-mouth.
- Work closely with the team to set and achieve aggressive sales goals.
- Receive inbound calls and make outbound calls, scheduling service, maintenance, and follow-up appointments with competitive urgency.
- Introduce company offerings and identify client needs and challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with field personnel and department managers to optimize appointment-setting strategies.
- Handle inbound calls from various sources, including TV, Radio, Direct Mail, Facebook, Search, and various other internet sources.
- Manage leads by tracking, following up, and setting appointments to achieve sales and productivity objectives.
- The Inside Sales department will have monthly budget goals, typically 10% of monthly department revenue.
- We provide extensive resources, including best practices from Nexstar, to support ISRs and their managers in daily execution, planning, objection handling, and performance evaluation.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of outbound sales experience preferred and proven track record in sales
- Service Titan experience is highly desired
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain professionalism
- Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, or sales is advantageous but not mandatory
- Excellent listening skills and can deliver an extraordinary customer experience
- Integrity and ability to promote a positive company image
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales applications
- Exceptional organizational, follow-through, verbal and written communication skills
- Outgoing personality suitable for a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
