ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Take and serve drink and food orders accurately and efficiently, providing excellent service throughout.
• Assist with bottle service, preparing and serving cocktails according to RosaNegra’s high standards.
• Verify guest identification to ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements.
• Proactively check on guests to ensure satisfaction, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
• Offer menu recommendations and suggest specials or premium products to enhance the guest experience.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, ensuring proper payment procedures.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless, timely service.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including bar and dining spaces, throughout the shift.
• Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and health regulations to ensure a safe dining environment.
• Other duties as assigned. 

• Previous experience in a cocktail waitress, server, or hospitality role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to operate a POS system and handle cash accurately and responsibly.
• Valid alcohol service certification, where required by local laws.
