Description

ProStock Automotive Warehouse is currently seeking qualified and enthusiastic professionals for immediate sales openings. The position of CounterPro is available in a high-energy, commercial work environment with ample opportunities for growth and advancement. 

 

Job Responsibilities for CounterPro:

  • Provide Auto Parts Solutions: Offer answers and solutions for retail and wholesale customers both in-person at the counter and over the phone.
  • Assist Team Members: Utilize your auto parts knowledge to help other team members address customer inquiries.
  • Customer Care: Deliver exceptional customer service and engage with everyone who comes into the store.
  • Retail Customer Interaction: Welcome retail customers into the store, ensuring a positive and efficient shopping experience.
  • Technology & Systems Use: Use computer systems, cash registers, telephones, and paper catalogs to support sales and provide customer information.

Requirements

  

Qualifications for Counter Pro:

  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and management.
  • Industry Knowledge: Working knowledge of the automotive industry, including familiarity with specific aftermarket competitors.
  • Sales and Customer Service Expertise: Proven experience in sales and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Sales Closing Skills: Ability to close sales and handle common objections effectively.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing your workload.
  • Problem-Solving: Superb problem-solving skills to address customer issues and provide solutions.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with strong data entry accuracy.
  • Team Collaboration: Willingness to work cooperatively across all departments to ensure the best customer experience.
  • Educational Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver’s License: Must possess a valid driver’s license and meet the company's insurance requirements.

Salary Description
$55,000 - $75,000.00 Plus Bonus
