We are seeking an HR Manager with 5+ years of experience who is ready to lead our HR operations team. In this position, you will oversee key aspects of HR operations, including benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, and policy implementations, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. By collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams, you would help develop and implement HR initiatives that drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational growth. As HR Manager, you will lead HR operations to ensure compliance, efficiency, and a productive work environment. This role will focus on leveraging HR expertise and technology to address workforce challenges, provide strategic guidance, and support leadership in achieving business goals.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Optimize HR Processes:
- Resolution rate for HR-related inquiries 100% response rate within 48 hours.
- Identify areas for efficiency and automation, and enhance efficiencies by 50% by the end of 2025.
Maintain Compliance:
- Audit readiness rate at 90% based Compliance Risk Assessment areas related to HR Operations.
Drive Employee Engagement:
- Company eNPS participation rate of 80%
- Establish metrics to measure employee engagement, including surveys, performance metrics, retention rates, and absenteeism rates.

Hours & Benefits: This is a full-time, fully benefited position that is eligible to receive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as 401k, PTO and wellness incentives. Benefits add roughly 20-30% additional income to the above pay range
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- SHRM-CP/PHR certification (preferred)
- 5+ years of HR experience, with a track record of leading and developing HR teams.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR operations.
- Ability to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Demonstrated exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
