Be a key player in a transformative ERP implementation project targeting Go-Live in July 2025. We are seeking a highly skilled OCM Consultant with strong ERP experience to lead and execute change management strategies in partnership with our client. The consultant will work alongside an established OCM team—including an OCM lead, communications specialist, and training team—to ensure project success by driving user adoption and readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the OCM team to implement change management strategies and plans.
- Monitor and ensure the timely completion of OCM activities outlined in the project plan.
- Write, review, and refine communications to effectively engage stakeholders.
- Support training initiatives, ensuring content and delivery meet project objectives.
- Conduct readiness assessments and support stakeholder engagement efforts.
- Track and report progress on change management milestones.
- Partner with project leadership and client stakeholders to address change-related challenges.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Organizational Change Management.
- Proven track record of delivering OCM support on ERP implementation projects or similar large-scale system deployments.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft effective stakeholder communications.
- Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments is a plus.
