Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments
- Schedule service appointments and assist with customer inquiries
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and managing office supplies
- Maintain a clean and orderly reception area
- Assist with any additional tasks as needed to support the team
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Reliable and punctual with the ability to work the specified hours
