Summary of position-
The CRM Administrator is responsible for building out the use of the enterprise CRM solution of Elevate Aviation Group and Private Jet Services.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities-
- Under the direction of the Director of Marketing, maintain features including user management, roles/profiles, permission sets and sharing rules, page layouts, custom fields, validations, automation and email templates, among others.
- Create Dashboards, Reports, etc., for Leadership and Sales/Marketing organizations.
- Assist with resolving technical challenges and incidents to maintain operational reliability and consistent user experience.
- Provide relevant and timely communication for CRM users to ensure business process changes and respective CRM functionality enhancements are understood and effectively delivered.
- Build and maintain real-time, data-driven reports to create a wealth of information from data stored in CRM.
- Create and maintain training materials and guides.
- Tracking and reporting of all support and enhancements to CRM
- Assist with data clean-up, email marketing, email deliverability, and digital workflows tied to the CRM.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities-
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- A collaborative mindset, enthusiastic and passionate about driving positive impact through capture and sharing of customer interactions and engagements within CRM.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make recommendations for positive impact.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Possess excellent communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
Education & Experience-
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business or Information Technology
- 1-3+ years experience, required.
Schedule & Travel-
- Normal businesses hours are expected.
- Travel not anticipated.
