Why This Role? As the Mental Health Program Manager for our WISe (Wraparound with Intensive Services) Team, you'll play a key leadership role in transforming lives. You'll supervise and inspire a multidisciplinary team, oversee program excellence, and directly impact the success of youth and families in our care. The pay for this position is $95,000-$115,000 annually, depending on experience.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and supervise a team of 16 clinical and non-clinical professionals
- Oversee hiring, performance evaluations, and staffing plans
- Provide clinical oversight, consultation, and training
- Ensure compliance with state and county regulations
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement program growth strategies
- Serve as a community representative for THS
- Drive a culture of equity, compassion, and accountability
- Other duties as assigned
What You Bring:
- LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT license in WA state
- Approved Clinical Supervisor status (preferred)
- 5+ years of behavioral health experience, ideally in community mental health
- Deep knowledge of Medicaid, state billing requirements, and clinical documentation standards
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Cultural humility and a passion for serving diverse populations
