Why This Role? As the Mental Health Program Manager for our WISe (Wraparound with Intensive Services) Team, you'll play a key leadership role in transforming lives. You'll supervise and inspire a multidisciplinary team, oversee program excellence, and directly impact the success of youth and families in our care. The pay for this position is $95,000-$115,000 annually, depending on experience.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and supervise a team of 16 clinical and non-clinical professionals
• Oversee hiring, performance evaluations, and staffing plans
• Provide clinical oversight, consultation, and training
• Ensure compliance with state and county regulations
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement program growth strategies
• Serve as a community representative for THS
• Drive a culture of equity, compassion, and accountability
• Other duties as assigned

What You Bring:

• LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT license in WA state
• Approved Clinical Supervisor status (preferred)
• 5+ years of behavioral health experience, ideally in community mental health
• Deep knowledge of Medicaid, state billing requirements, and clinical documentation standards
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Cultural humility and a passion for serving diverse populations
