What you'll do:

In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our technicians on track and productive by confirming next-day appointments. You’ll collaborate with utility companies and local counties to ensure permits are in place and moving forward for the plumbing and electrical jobs we’re working on. You’ll also help manage accounts receivable and invoices for our customers. 

• Implement strategies and plans to help the team and individuals achieve their goals.
• Coordinate with multiple technicians to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Reach out to customers to confirm and schedule service appointments with a friendly and helpful tone.
• Answer all calls with a warm and professional attitude, making every customer and teammate feeling valued.
• Build strong rapport with customers, ensuring they receive top-notch service and satisfaction.
• Review and upload material purchase orders into the service software we use to keep job costs on track.
• Support the plumbing and electrical service managers by ensuring all paperwork (such as Will Calls and Project Worksheets) is completed accurately and on time.
• Pitch in with other departments when needed, helping the team wherever you can.

Who we are looking for:

• Show up on time and ready to go, with a shift from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
• Gain and apply a solid understanding of plumbing and electrical services to assist customers and technicians effectively.
• Get familiar with the full range of services we offer and know which ones we don’t provide.
• Follow the workflow processes that keep our plumbing and electrical departments running smoothly and efficiently.
• Be comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Be tech-savvy and comfortable using software like Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Communicate clearly and professionally, whether in person, by email, or over the phone.
• Stay on your toes, juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Pay close attention to details to ensure everything is handled properly.
• Bring a strong work ethic and complete tasks on time.
