Hospice Liaison & Account Executive

Location: Independence, MO | Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Competitive Base starting at $75,000 + Uncapped Commission Sales

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, and other referral partners
  • Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into patient referrals
  • Develop strategic plans to increase market presence and patient admissions
  • Serve as a trusted representative of our hospice team to patients, families, and providers
  • Educate the community and healthcare professionals on hospice care services and benefits
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless patient transitions and support

Requirements

   What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in healthcare, hospice, or post-acute sales (preferred)
  • Deep understanding of healthcare sales, referral development, or account management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and modern sales technology
  • Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
