As the Sr. Manager, Growth Marketing at Otelier, you will lead the charge of creating and scaling a high-performing marketing engine that generates demand, acquires new logos, and fuels revenue growth across our existing client base. You will make a significant impact by crafting innovative strategies, executing compelling campaigns, and optimizing every aspect of our marketing efforts. 


Responsibilities 

  • Establish a scalable acquisition marketing function that delivers measurable results. 
  • Improve the inbound marketing funnel and boost conversion rates to maximize ROI. 
  • Collaborate with the content team to enhance performance marketing activities and drive lead generation. 
  • Oversee all paid acquisition efforts, including managing agency relationships and demand generation strategies. 
  • Partner with the Demand Gen Specialist to develop and execute field and digital marketing events that create demand. 
  • Work closely with the content team to optimize inbound traffic and conversions. 
  • Own marketing operations to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and operational efficiency. 
  • Create and launch high-impact campaigns, develop metrics for success, and continuously iterate for improvement. 
Requirements
  • 10+ years in marketing with a proven focus on demand generation, growth, or revenue marketing. 
  • Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and act on complex information. 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to inspire and influence. 
  • Familiarity with marketing technology and analytics tools; experience with HubSpot and Salesforce is a plus. 
  • Hands-on experience in developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns. 
  • Expertise in search engine optimization and driving organic growth.

This position offers a base compensation range of $110,000 to $150,000. This range represents the potential compensation for this role, with actual pay varying based on factors such as the location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
