This position has the opportunity to explore growth in leadership by being a site coordinator or clinic manager.

- Location: Luther Place
- Position type: Full-time, benefited, .8-1.0 FTE
- Hours/Schedule: This position will generally be scheduled for 32-40 hours per week, with a flexible Monday through Friday schedule.
- Settings: This position will work in SNF/LTC and ALF.
