Job Summary
The successful candidate will partner with the VP of Marketing to organize, prioritize, and drive marketing and digital strategies designed to drive customer acquisition, maximizing distribution channels, and enhancing our market presence.
Job Responsibilities
- Highly detailed, organized, and hands-on project manager with a keen ear for content and deep industry understanding
- Maintains program/product expertise and assures that all content highlights company differentiators to both the experienced retirement plan advisor and accommodator
- Keeps team on pace to deliver regular education on company’s programs, highlighting company’s mission and message
- Adept at both building and managing process and hyper focused on short-, mid- and long-term marketing goals and KPIs
- Develops and implements high-impact marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and optimize distribution channel performance
- Acts as a senior strategic planner for all digital campaigns and directs throughout all phases of project development and delivery
- Oversee the creation and execution of multi-channel campaigns, including digital, content, email, and social media
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns, leveraging KPIs and performance metrics to continuously refine approaches
- Effectively allocates and manages team resources, seamlessly juggling multiple priorities in a rapidly growing firm
- Leads the development of ongoing newsletter and website content across all cohorts including acting as editorial director for testing planning, execution, and optimization
- Tracks the latest digital trends to inform CX approaches as well as internal knowledge sharing.
- Ensures quality work from the team that meets/exceeds expectations

- 8 - 10 years of professional experience with progressive responsibility for developing integrated digital strategy and client experience execution, including at least 5 years’ experience at a retirement plan recordkeeper required.
- Minimum of three years of previous direct supervisory experience required.
- Experience leading and working with collaborative, multidisciplinary teams – managing prioritization, and delivery on time, as well as anticipating issues and working towards smart solutions.
- Demonstrable expertise in strategic planning including audience and message segmentation, editorial and content planning, as well as robust measurement and analytical approaches to prove content effectiveness.
- Ability to understand business objectives and align CX accordingly.
- Self-starter with an ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent project management, planning and organization skills.
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills, and professional demeanor.
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to maintain multiple priorities.
- Ability to work autonomously with initiative.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or Digital Design required, Master’s degree in Business Administration preferred.

Compensation Information
The average salary for this position is expected to be between $100,000 and $185,000/year however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. We do not anticipate candidates to be paid at the top of the range however, from time to time, it may occur on a case-by-case basis.
