Description

Operational Management:

  • Oversee and manage shift operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Handle opening and closing procedures, including inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and quality standards.

Team Leadership:

  • Supervise and support team members during shifts to maintain high morale and productivity.
  • Provide training and coaching to staff to enhance skills and meet performance expectations.
  • Resolve conflicts or issues that arise during shifts promptly and professionally.

Customer Service:

  • Maintain a customer-focused environment by delivering excellent service and addressing complaints effectively.
  • Ensure that all team members are following company protocols for customer interactions.

Administrative Duties:

  • Monitoring attendance, and managing time-off requests.
  • Maintain accurate records for shift reports, employee performance, and daily activities.
  • Support the General Manager, AGM and Managers with inventory tracking, supply ordering, and other administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Availability to work weekends (Friday–Sunday)
