Description
Operational Management:
- Oversee and manage shift operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Handle opening and closing procedures, including inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and quality standards.
Team Leadership:
- Supervise and support team members during shifts to maintain high morale and productivity.
- Provide training and coaching to staff to enhance skills and meet performance expectations.
- Resolve conflicts or issues that arise during shifts promptly and professionally.
Customer Service:
- Maintain a customer-focused environment by delivering excellent service and addressing complaints effectively.
- Ensure that all team members are following company protocols for customer interactions.
Administrative Duties:
- Monitoring attendance, and managing time-off requests.
- Maintain accurate records for shift reports, employee performance, and daily activities.
- Support the General Manager, AGM and Managers with inventory tracking, supply ordering, and other administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Availability to work weekends (Friday–Sunday)
