As a Logistics Manager, you will have the opportunity to be a part of Engrain’s growth and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, owning the ordering, shipping, and installation and support  process for our TouchTour hardware. Multi-tasking skills are critical to the success of this role, as well as the ability to be flexible and solutions-oriented. Effective communication with clients, internal stakeholders, and vendors/partners will be required.


What you’ll do...

  • Establish and maintain standard, custom, and new hardware solutions
  • Analyze profit thresholds and help determine hardware pricing
  • Manage vendor relationships as they relate to freight, hardware, purchasing, and installations
  • Manage computer imaging process; creating images, keeping them up-to-date, and maintaining stock of imaged computers for customer orders
  • Serve as first point of escalation for TouchTour Support or Implementation teams for any hardware, freight, or installation issues that may arise
  • Negotiate and formulate best practices surrounding installer payment thresholds
  • Maintain a pool of available hardware installers that match Engrain’s level of service excellence
  • Coordinate with installers or clients to remotely configure and troubleshoot hardware as needed
  • Oversee and maintain hardware troubleshooting best practices and act as first point of contact for Support Team
  • Keep hardware spec sheets current
  • Lead the support team on strategies related to hardware troubleshooting; providing training, guidance, and on-call technical support
  • Oversee procurement and purchasing to ensure suitable amounts of inventory are maintained for all SKUs
  • Maintain organization of logistics office and storage area to allow for easy inventory management
  • Oversee RMA and warranty processing for all customer hardware
  • Oversee installation and deployment processes and documentation
  • Manage hardware shipping and installation timelines for all clients following up as needed
  • Lead discussions and efforts in identifying improved hardware solutions
  • Work closely with the finance team to manage costs, invoices, and inventory carrying
  • Coordinate custom shipping and installation solutions for high priority trade-show orders
  • Serve as a key member of the support team for strategies related to hardware solutions, product shipment and logistics, inventory management, and successful client/vendor relationships
Requirements


What you offer us...

  • 5+ years in logistics management, particularly in the areas of procurement, shipping, installation, vendor management, and inventory management
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software,  display systems, and mounting solutions
  • Ability to analyze, identify, and problem-solve tactical and strategic challenges
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and instructional communication skills 
  • Adept at implementing new processes, with little to no oversight
  • Computer and IT savvy with quick learning curve for new products or systems
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and respect for others
  • Ability to use hand tools, manage light custom assembly, lift heavy boxes/equipment on occasion (<5%)

  • Salary Disclosure for Colorado: annual salary of $70,000-$78,000. Final offer amount is determined by factors including years and depth of candidate’s experience, certifications, and skill set alignment to the job requirements
