POSITION SUMMARY
Our organization is seeking an innovative and technically advanced Salesforce / Certinia PSA Administrator to lead the management, customization, and evolution of our Salesforce and Certinia PSA platforms. This role is critical in ensuring that our systems scale effectively, streamline business operations, and deliver actionable insights. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional technical expertise, strategic vision, and problem-solving capabilities to support complex business needs.
SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take ownership of Certinia PSA system administration, including advanced configurations, complex automations, and feature implementations such as resource forecasting, delivery tracking, program management, RPGs, workspaces, resource requests, and advanced resource and skills management.
- Lead the advanced configuration and customization of Salesforce features such as Automations, Flows, Custom Lightning Components, Apex, Integrations, and Data Management and Architecture.
- Develop in UAT Sandbox, create deployment sets, execute seamless deployments, and track changes. Experience with Copado a plus.
- Oversee the daily administration of the Salesforce platform, including user and data management, permission set groups, system maintenance.
- Ensure data integrity across the organization by managing data updates, merges, cleanups, and filtering to maintain accurate and reliable information.
Design, build, and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and system enhancements to deliver key business insights and streamline processes from development to deployment
Experience REQUIRED
- Knowledge of Salesforce Flows, Apex, and Visualforce is highly desirable.
- Experience with marketing and Sales automation platforms like HubSpot and Salesloft is preferred but not mandatory.
- 4+ years' experience designing and developing in Certinia PSA.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer/Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Certina PSA Certifications for Implementation and SysAdmin is highly preferred.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, its core features/limitations, and advanced knowledge of CRM concepts and business processes.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills coupled with superior communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly detail-oriented and organized, with the capability to manage multiple complex tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Self-starter with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
- Proficiency in data manipulation tools, such as Data Loader, DemandTools, Excel, or related applications.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
· Currently Clearwater is “virtual” company and all colleagues work remotely.
· Work remotely and provide own printer/scanner, computer audio capability, cell phone, and Internet service. Clearwater will provide a computer and Microsoft Office software.
· Company provides subscriptions to Salesforce.com, Basecamp, Microsoft On-Line Services, Encryption tools, Data backup, Zoom Meeting, and other tools selected as standard by the Company
