Job Title: WIC Director at Park DuValle an FQHC
Park DuValle, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), is seeking a highly motivated and experienced WIC Director to join our team. The WIC Director will be responsible for overseeing the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program at Park DuValle, ensuring that the program is in compliance with all federal and state regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the WIC program, including staff management, budgeting, and program evaluation
- Ensure that the WIC program is in compliance with all federal and state regulations
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the WIC program
- Collaborate with other departments at Park DuValle to ensure that the WIC program is integrated into the overall healthcare services provided by the FQHC
- Provide leadership and guidance to WIC staff, including training and professional development opportunities
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required by federal and state agencies
- Participate in community outreach and education activities to promote the WIC program and its services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in nutrition, public health, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in WIC program management
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to the WIC program
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and community partners
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
