Lou Bachrodt Automotive Group is seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to manage and coordinate the marketing activities and sales efforts of our Advertising Agency. As a Marketing Director you will provide day-to-day operational support of all sales efforts while exhibiting excellent client relations skills. It is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, creative and enthusiastic marketing / account executive professional who will be responsible for the development of new business while maintaining our existing client base. This individual will apply a multi-million dollar budget to the creation and execution of media campaigns.

In this role, you will:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitor strategies. Use data-driven insights to guide marketing decisions.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and budget.
  • Accurately set up new customer accounts and contracts as well as maintain customer records to include insertion orders, billing and history. Work together with the accounting department on account reconciliation needs.
  • Analyze marketing data, including website analytics, conversion rates, ROI, and customer behavior. Identify opportunities for improvement and growth in order to make data-driven adjustments, as needed, to improve results.
  • Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, such as social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
  • Work together with the account executive, client and internal creative departments to obtain both print and digital creative to assist in driving sales.
  • Order digital advertising, submit print advertising insertion orders and ownership of final deliverables to include excellent customer service and accurate billing.
  • Provide assistance to sales executives in creation of presentations and research of account and/or marketing data.
  • Facilitate the completion of rate requests across multiple platforms while primarily collaborating with sales executive and internal operations team.
  • Create regular reports and presentations to communicate marketing results and recommendations to senior management.
  • Prepare rate requests and ensure billing is correct for all projects. Serve as primary contact to internal departments specific to campaign management.
  • Work with sales executives and other departments to provide research and value stories that help close business and drive results for customers.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; 3-5 years of marketing experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Proven experience in marketing analysis and strategy development. Management of Google Ads, search engine marketing (SEM) and SEO techniques.
  • Strong proficiency in marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent data analysis skills and the ability to draw actionable insights from complex data sets.
  • Proficiency in using marketing automation software and CRM systems.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of automotive industry trends and best practices is a plus.\
  • Solid computer skills to include Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while having an all-encompassing understanding of the media sales process.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Passion for sales with a driven and ambitious mindset.
  • Effectively communication and understanding of design and creative needs via electronic communication.


Salary Description
$75,000-$80,000 per year
