As a Quality Assurance Design Specialist, you will have the opportunity to be a part of Engrain’s growth and dynamic environment. Quality Assurance Design Specialists are responsible for reviewing Engrain’s interactive mapping products prior to customer delivery to identify technical or design errors and ensuring all products adhering to Engrain’s high quality of design standards. This role will be responsible for filling QA reports, identifying and revising errors, and verifying that the correct deliverables are in place before they’re sent to a customer. The Quality Assurance Design Specialist will be part of a 5-7 employee team and report directly to the Quality Assurance Supervisor.
What you’ll do...
- Ensure information accuracy of interactive property maps
- Make critical design decisions and revisions to maintain a high quality of visual design and adhere to existing graphical standards and customer requirements
- Use Adobe Illustrator to edit map files
- Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, balance, and well-rounded knowledge based within facets of the assigned role
- Be part of a communication-driven role that will frequently interact with many internal roles within the department
- Establish quality reports to contribute to tracking performance metrics of compliance to standards
- Identify inconsistencies or flaws within the processes and standards of the department that could cause common errors, lost productivity, or lower production quality
- Influence internal and customer decision-makers to clear implementation issues and roadblocks
- Use Adobe Workfront to perform tasks, fill out quality reports, and communicate across departments about project specifics

- Salary Disclosure for Colorado: hourly rate of $24-$28/hour. Final offer amount is determined by factors including years and depth of candidate’s experience, certifications, and skill set alignment to the job requirements
