As a Newport Beach based Sales Development Representative, you'll play a key role in prospecting new business for the company across the US, out of our headquarters.
Responsibilities
- Develop an advanced understanding of our products and the prospects/companies who would use them.
- Work to meet and exceed monthly goals surrounding outbound emails, calls, setting up meetings, etc.
- Develop ideal customer profiles for outbound prospecting and build a robust pipeline of prospects for 2x Sales Associates in defined US markets.
- Develop and execute prospect engagement campaigns with Marketing, Sales, and Account Management to drive referred revenue generation.
- Achieve key activity (e.g., calls, emails, meetings set) and other performance metrics.
- You’ve done some selling in the past or have the ability and desire to become great at software sales.
- You strive for excellence, you find ways to overachieve, keep improving and challenge yourself.
- You love connecting with people online, on the phone, and face-to-face.
- Basic understanding of the financial services sector.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and flexible.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Can-do, agile attitude necessary to thrive in a scale-up environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
- Authorization to work in the United States for any employer, without sponsorship requirements.

Working Conditions: The Sales Development Representative will work indoors in an air-conditioned office building and must be able to remain stationary at a desk and computer for a majority of the day.
