ODRG aims to secure qualified Project Manager with expertise to support the DSCA requirements necessary to implement the Direct Commercial Contracts (DCC) program. As part of the Foreign Military Financing (FMF)/DCC program, you will be responsible for: Ensuring timely and accurate administration of Foreign Military Financing (FMF) funds and oversight to ensure the program is implemented according to the Arms Export Control Act as well as the Guidelines for Foreign Military Financing of Direct Commercial Contracts. Provide guidance for resolving routine, unique, and unusual requirements for international customers and U.S. contractors; coordinate requirements with the Military Departments, DSCA County Program Directors, and the Ministry of Defense Attaché's Office.
Specific anticipated services performed under this core position shall include but is not limited to:
- Forecast and track project budgets and burn rates through cost sheet monitoring. Review, process and track invoices
- Develop detailed project plans to track progress, coordinating with internal teams and vendors for flawless project execution
- Develop, deliver and update contract deliverables including but not limited to project management plans, internal schedules, and other project guidance documents (knowledge management protocol, data management protocol, quality management plans, etc.)
- Serve as primary POC between the PMO and the project team to ensure resources and information are available for timely project delivery
- Coordinate and manage resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and within budget
- Bachelor’s degree plus three (3) years proven program management experience leading and supervising multi—disciplined teams in support of US Government (USG) international programs
- Direct Commercial Contracts (DCC) and/or Foreign Military Sales experience
- Proficient knowledge of the Project Management Professional (PMP) processes
