What you’ll do: 

• Collaborate with department leaders to build the best HVAC Install team in the PNW.
• Grow and develop a skilled team by providing hands-on training and technical education to help them thrive. 
• Stay flexible and committed to learning - we need someone who will help keep the team ahead of the curve. 
• Mentor and guide your team, setting clear KPIs and helping everyone perform at their best. 
• Monitor team performance to make sure goals are met and business objectives are achieved.
• Communicate openly and often - show recognition, build rapport, and keep the team motivated.
• Manage gross margins and budget to ensure financial goals are met.
• Ensure adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand, manage seasonal spikes, and hit growth targets.
• Always take a safety-first approach in everything you do, ensuring a secure environment for your team.
• Bring energy and enthusiasm to set the tone for the team each day.
• Foster a high level of communication and alignment with all departments to keep everything running smoothly.

The experience we're looking for: 

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry.
• At least 3 years of experience in a management role.
• Proven ability to follow up on requests and projects effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Required HVAC certifications and qualifications.
• Experience managing and leading large teams.
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
