Description

The Recruitment Coordinator focuses primarily on supporting full lifecycle recruitment efforts and the team member experience. This role will also support other areas of Human Resources including payroll, benefits, wellness, and leave administration. This position requires strong customer service, attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, work independently within a group setting, and the ability to take on projects as needed. Other requirements include self-motivation, the ability to maintain confidential information, and a positive attitude.

Requirements

As a Murdoch's Team Member in this role, you will...

  • Post open positions to job boards, schedule interviews, create offer letters, conduct background screenings, and coordinate new team member pre-employment onboarding and orientation.
  • Coordinate with the Chief Human Resources Officer on Murdoch's Community Involvement and Giving program.
  • Work in a team setting to provide legendary customer service to all Murdoch’s team members.
  • Provide support for team members in all areas of HR.
  • Support recruitment efforts through posting store positions, scheduling interviews, and collaborating with store management.
  • Support new team member onboarding, orientation, and the overall team member experience.
  • Provide additional support to Payroll, Benefits, Leave Administration, Worker's Compensation, and HRIS data entry.
  • Assist with updating and maintaining HR department policies and procedures.
  • Other HR duties as assigned.
