Job Description:

ISG is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative that is primarily responsible for handling inbound inquiries, providing feedback, and resolving customer concerns.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests

• Works closely with customer service leadership to resolve caller inquiries.

• Provides timely feedback to leadership regarding service failures or caller inquiries.

• Partners with the sales team to meet and exceed customer’s service expectations.

• Responsible for all other customer service tasks assigned, as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Must possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English & Spanish

• Complete a Drug Screen and Background Test

• Must be flexible, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
