Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $75,000 depending upon qualifications and experience

Have a high school degree (a post high school degree preferred) and have a valid driver’s license

Have a background in construction and construction practices, especially ready-mix concrete and/or concrete construction

Be familiar with local construction companies, especially concrete contractors

Have a background in sales or sales related responsibilities

Be self-motivated, organized, and dedicated to following through on tasks and promises

Be a proactive solution finder with good communication skills

Be a great team member

Be proficient in computer skills using programs like Outlook, Excel, and Word
