Description
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
- Perform punch reviews and random punch audits.
- Ensure terminated employees are deactivated from all applications.
- · Assists in recruiting processes as needed.
- Answers frequently asked questions from candidates and employees relative to candidate status, timeline for hiring, hiring processes and/or general information.
- Initiate appropriate training required by position and completion within timeframes.
- Assist in the new hire process being responsible for badges, logins, confirmation of system applications and monitoring SkyPlan pictures.
- Ensure uniform inventory controls by coordinating ordering, pick-up of such items, shipping to stations, and auditing inventory.
- Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
- Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to collect and file all required documents appropriately.
- Produce and submit requested reports on general HR activity.
- Sort and distribute mail to appropriate departments.
- Provides clerical support to the HR department.
- Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree and two years of Human Resources administrative experience, or related combination of education and experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, experience in Paylocity a plus.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn payroll management, human resource information systems (HRIS), and similar computer applications.
Salary Description
$18 to $20
