Earning Potential: $250,000 - $280,000+ with wRVU bonuses


A hospital in Napa is on the hunt for a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician who’s as passionate about patient care as the locals are about their world-class wine.


Position Highlights

  • Base Compensation: $230,000 - $254,000 annually.
  • Earning Potential: $250,000 - $280,000+ with wRVU bonuses (target 5,300–6,000 RVUs annually).
  • Schedule: Outpatient, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
    • Patient Demographics: 40% adult, 10% pediatric, 50% geriatric.
  • Procedural Scope:
    • EKG interpretation and x-ray interpretation.
    • Bonus points if you’re skilled in geriatrics, pediatrics, splinting, employment physicals, disability exams, and adult procedures.
    • Basically, if you can multitask like a barista during morning rush, we want you.

Requirements


  • Clear and active state license 
  • Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
  • Experience in primary care, outpatient setting a plus but not required. Will accept 2025 residents! 
  • Active DEA license 
  • Comfortable with diverse patient populations—geriatrics, pediatrics, and everything in between.
  • Skilled in EKG and x-ray interpretation, and eager to tackle acute and chronic care.
