Our team is seeking individuals with interests in areas such as data analysis, marketing, and project management. Interns can expect to engage in tasks that align with their fields of study, such as developing software tools, analyzing user data, contributing to marketing campaigns, or supporting product teams.
The internship runs from June 16, 2025- August 15, 2025. Interns at ClassLink work 24 hours per week.
Our Marketing Operations Team specializes in Events and Conferences. As an intern for the Marketing Operations Team you will be instrumental in planning, organizing, and executing events that promote our education technology solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the marketing department in setting up conference logistics and trade shows
- Help create detailed planning documents and act as company liaison to coordinate with conference organizers
- Handle hotel and private dining reservations
- Assist with managing promotional assets inventory (ability to lift and move boxes up to 30 lbs)
- Assist with data entry

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree or related field experience in hospitality, business management, marketing, or communications is a plus but not a requirement
- Must have strong attention to detail, excellence in execution, with a “roll-up-your-sleeves” and “get it done” mentality
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Compelling communicator with strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Live local to our office in Clifton, NJ as there may be in person meetings.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Proficient in Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.)
- Proficient in Google and Microsoft Suite
- Understanding of Salesforce
