North Naples Church is accepting applications for a part-time Technology Assistant.  This is a regular position and the schedule is every Sunday morning, 7:30 AM – 12:30 PM and rehearsals as needed.

This role is responsible for a variety of positions including the operation of audio equipment, video equipment, and lighting equipment during weekly worship services and special events. This position reports to the Director of Music and Worship Arts and must work in partnership with the Music Worship Arts team.  

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with AV equipment utilized in worship services, weddings, funerals, and events, as needed (sound system, lighting system, projection/screen system, streaming system).
• Operate at least one of the AV platforms during these services.
• Perform other duties as assigned or needed.

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Basic understanding of use of audio/visual technology equipment required.
• At least one year of experience in operation of audio/visual technology and equipment preferred.
• Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational skills
• Possess demonstrated listening and communication skills and strong command of the English language.
• A positive team player, self-motivated individual committed to excellence.
• Demonstrate character and core values compatible with a Christ-centered ministry and be willing to embrace the mission and strategic plans of North Naples Church.
• Physically, the position requires sitting, walking, standing, crawling, and ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check.
