Key Responsibilities

As a Service Technician, you will:

• Repair and replace faucets, fixtures, shower valves, water heaters, water softeners, and sump pumps.
• Execute proper drain cleaning techniques.
• Diagnose, repair, and replace plumbing systems.
• Guide customers to make informed and confident buying decisions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

• 4-5 years of experience as a lead plumbing technician (required).
• Experience with ServiceTitan (preferred).
• A professional, positive, and energetic attitude.
• A clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
• The ability to pass a drug test.
• Honesty, dependability, and reliability.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
