The Opportunity

Newfi Lending is hiring seasoned Mortgage Loan Officers for our new Chandler, AZ location!

Note: This is a hybrid role. Candidates must be local to Chandler, AZ.

Requirements

  

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize daily dashboard data to determine your business trends and course correct when necessary.
  • Partner with internal support team to deliver optimal service levels and foster account relationships.
  • Maintain current knowledge of industry trends to anticipate and proactively meet customer needs.
  • Develop an account database that hits key metrics such as pull-through, product mix and loan quality.
  • Maintain familiarity with regulatory and industry standards and requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to prospect and develop business through outbound calling, drip campaigns, and social media.
  • Experience building and maintaining realtor partnerships and executing self-sourced business.
  • Minimum 2 years of successful loan origination experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of mortgage industry experience.
  • High proficiency with advanced online technologies.
  • Must be SAFE Act compliant and hold an active NMLS license (UST).
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and energetic attitude.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with a growth-oriented mindset.
