Description

The Dealer Service Representative is a key role in the growth and success of our wholesale program. This position is responsible for delivering exceptional service to our wholesale dealers by ensuring their orders are processed efficiently and their inquiries are handled promptly. The role involves managing dealer accounts, communicating important company updates, introducing new product innovations, and providing ongoing support to ensure dealers receive high-quality service.


The ideal candidate will have outstanding customer service skills, a keen attention to detail, and a solid understanding of wholesale business operations.

Requirements
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for wholesale dealer accounts, handling inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, providing personalized service to meet their needs and to ensure growth objectives are achieved..
  • Keep dealers informed of product availability, order status, pricing, promotions, and updates.
  • Accurately process and enter dealer orders into the system, ensuring clear communication of product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and shipping teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Track and resolve order discrepancies, shortages, or delays in a professional manner.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of product offerings to provide accurate information to dealers.
  • Assist in preparing reports on dealer performance, order trends, and customer feedback.
  • Attend sales meetings, training events, and trade shows as needed.
  • Collaborate effectively with customer service, marketing, and operations teams to drive success.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports, customer insights, and growth strategy quarterly.
  • Other duties as required by MeatEater 

Education/Training 

  • A college degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required.

Experience 

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a customer service, sales, or wholesale support role, preferably in the retail or wholesale industry.
