The base salary is $65k plus unlimited sales incentives.

Position Summary:


The Sales Consultant is responsible for developing relationships and prospects as well as achieving maximum sales profitability, growth and garnish continued market share acquisition within an assigned territory. Effectively selling the company’s products and promoting Movora’s educational series. This position will work directly with Movora customers to help them realize their ROI and identify areas where additional products would be beneficial for their practice.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and foster account revenue growth.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication in a timely fashion.
  • Analyze accounts purchasing history and make recommendations to optimize customer account revenue.
  • Organize, plan, monitor district activity to ensure market share optimization.
  • Respond directly to customers’ needs by having an extensive familiarity with products and processes to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Make prompt decisions for servicing or handling a customer.
  • Build and foster relationships with veterinarians and their teams to find and implement the proper sales cycles.
  • Maintain and develop product knowledge. Partake in any training and skill-building seminars.
  • Recommend sales programs and set short- and long-term sales strategies along with maintaining suitable pricing based on market competition.
  • Research and monitor in-market trends and competitors' sales activities.
  • Provide regular feedback to the Country Manager on company product development needs as well as pricing recommendations.
  • Utilize CRM software to keep records complete and accurate. Complete all daily administration.

Requirements

Requirements & Experience:

  • Live within the Greater Toronto Area required.
  • 2+ year Veterinary Technician experience or exposure to medical device sales.
  • Proven experience with ERP and other computer systems (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, SharePoint, etc.).
  • Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
  • Proven Customer Service and problem-solving skills.
  • Must have and maintain a valid drivers’ license with a driving record that meets Company minimum standards.
  • Must have and maintain automobile insurance.

Education: Secondary School (Highschool) diploma required. Some college coursework is business, communications, sales, marketing, or related field preferred.
