Must Be LICENSED Key responsibilities:Installation:Installing new plumbing fixtures, pipes, and appliances like toilets, sinks, water heaters, and dishwashers. Repair and Maintenance:Diagnosing and fixing plumbing issues such as leaks, clogged drains, faulty faucets, and broken pipes. Reading blueprints:Interpreting building plans to understand the layout of plumbing systems. Code compliance:Ensuring all plumbing work meets local building codes and safety standards. Customer interaction:Communicating with clients to understand their needs, provide estimates, and discuss project details. Troubleshooting:Identifying the root cause of plumbing problems and determining the best course of action to resolve them. Material selection:Choosing appropriate pipes, fittings, and other materials for specific plumbing jobs. Permits and inspections:Obtaining necessary permits for plumbing work and coordinating with inspectors to ensure compliance.
