We are seeking a skilled Punchout Mechanic to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience with punchout work in residential and commercial projects. This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects, contribute to quality craftsmanship, and ensure client satisfaction through meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform punchout tasks to finalize construction projects, ensuring all finishing touches meet quality standards.
• Repair or replace damaged fixtures and building components as required.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets specifications and complies with safety standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and superintendents to schedule and coordinate punchout activities.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and materials are properly stored.
• Follow established procedures for safe handling and disposal of construction materials and waste.

• Strong knowledge of tools, and materials.
• Preferred experience as a Punchout Mechanic/Laborer in residential or commercial construction.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
• Basic understanding of safety regulations.

• Must have tools and transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in punchout work.
• Familiarity with power tools and equipment used in construction.
• Ceramic tile knowledge/re-grout experience a plus.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• OSHA 10 or 30 training
