Transitions Manager
Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Transition Manager to join the Transition Services team at Dynasty Financial Partners. The Transition Manager will play a pivotal role in transitioning Financial Advisors and helping them launch their own RIAs. They will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, and advisors to ensure a seamless transition experience, leveraging their expertise to address challenges, streamline processes, and enhance client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Financial Advisors in launching and transitioning their RIAs, ensuring seamless onboarding experience. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Advisors, Resource Partners, and Dynasty team members to facilitate smooth transitions. 
  • Coordinate Advisor and Resource Partner meetings, conference calls, and key onboarding activities. 
  • Identify challenges and opportunities during transitions, resolving or escalating issues as necessary. 
  • Manage calendars and travel schedules while ensuring all transition tasks are executed efficiently. 
  • Quickly immerse in the Dynasty culture, understanding the RIA industry and competitive landscape.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum 3-5 years professional experience, including experience in transition management. 
  • Proven experience in transition management, financial services, or RIA operations.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to collaborate across various teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, building rapport and instilling confidence with Advisors and Resource Partners.
  • Demonstrated commitment to teamwork, problem-solving, and proactive issue resolution.
  • Orientation to technology, with the ability to quickly learn and work with vendors and platforms in the RIA space.

Travel Expectations:

Up to 40-50% travel is required, including weekends if needed, to meet clients during the pre-launch phase and provide onsite support during firm transitions.
