Role Description:

General Laborer is responsible for a variety of physical labor duties at the job sites.

Detailed Responsibilities:

· Maintains cleanliness of job site

· Moves raw material around site

· Assists Finish Out Technician with various construction related tasks

· Assists in waste disposal

· Additional assignments as assigned by Superintendent

The required physical abilities to perform the necessary functions of this job:

· Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time

· Ability to climb ladders

· Ability to hear and comprehend instructions

· Ability to work in all kinds of weather, with or without heating or air conditioning

· Good eye-hand coordination

· Able to lift 75 to 100 lbs.

Required education

High school or equivalent

Required experience:

· 2 to 5 years in a Construction environment; homebuilding environment preferred

· Experience with hand tools

Full-time, Non-exempt
