Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Inquiries: Answer inbound calls, emails, and live chats from customers with inquiries about products, services, or company policies.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Order Processing: Assist with processing orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Segoso Caribbean's products and services to offer accurate information and solutions to customers.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that every interaction with the customer is positive, aiming for first-call resolution whenever possible.
  • Data Entry: Accurately record customer interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (sales, technical support, and management) to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
  • Follow-Up: Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
Requirements


  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
  • Customer Focus: A passion for delivering excellent customer service and resolving issues.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computers, CRM software, and other customer service tools (experience with call center software is a plus).
  • Multitasking Ability: Able to manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to resolve issues creatively and professionally.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required (additional languages, particularly Spanish, are a plus).
