Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Inquiries: Answer inbound calls, emails, and live chats from customers with inquiries about products, services, or company policies.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Order Processing: Assist with processing orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Segoso Caribbean's products and services to offer accurate information and solutions to customers.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that every interaction with the customer is positive, aiming for first-call resolution whenever possible.
- Data Entry: Accurately record customer interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (sales, technical support, and management) to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
- Follow-Up: Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
- Customer Focus: A passion for delivering excellent customer service and resolving issues.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computers, CRM software, and other customer service tools (experience with call center software is a plus).
- Multitasking Ability: Able to manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to resolve issues creatively and professionally.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required (additional languages, particularly Spanish, are a plus).
