We are looking for a Sales & Operations Coordinator with at least 3 years of experience to support our sales and operations teams. This role is perfect for someone ready to advance beyond entry-level and take on more responsibility in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Data Management: Accurately input, update, and maintain records for job intake, leads, and commissions.
- Job & Lead Intake: Act as the first point of contact for new projects, ensuring all necessary details are recorded efficiently.
- Commission Audits: Prepare and review commission reports for accuracy and compliance.
- Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, filing, and correspondence to streamline operations.
- Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with sales representatives, project managers, and other teams to ensure smooth workflows.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and optimize processes.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative, sales support, or operations role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience in the restoration industry is a plus but not required.
