We are seeking multiple dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives (CSR)s to join our support team. As a CSRs, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with inquiries, troubleshooting server issues, and ensuring an exceptional support experience. This role is ideal for someone passionate about gaming, technical problem-solving, and providing top-tier customer service in a remote environment. Minecraft experience is a must, but it would be beneficial if you play some of the other games we offer. This individual would work with both tickets and live chat, depending on where needed during the shift, offering support to customers for a myriad of issues that arise when hosting a game server. 


 Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Assist customers with setting up plugins, permissions, and any other server-related software to meet their needs

Requirements

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Familiarity with game servers (e.g., Minecraft), control panels like Multicraft, and troubleshooting common server issues.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and explain technical concepts to non-technical customers.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of modding and plugin management for game servers.
  • Passion for gaming, especially Minecraft or similar multiplayer games.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • At least 1 year of customer service, technical support, or related experience.
  • Experience working in a remote team environment.
  • Familiarity with ticketing and support platforms

 

Essential Qualifications:

  • 18+ years old (no exceptions)
  • Deep knowledge of Minecraft and its mechanics
  • Deep knowledge of Minecraft servers and plugins
  • Deep knowledge of Minecraft-modded servers is a huge plus
  • Ability to easily troubleshoot common Minecraft server issues
  • Ability to quickly read and understand server logs
  • Ability to multitask and work in a quick-paced environment
  • A stable internet connection
