RosaNegra is seeking a vibrant Lead Hostess to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for our guests. In this role, you'll lead the front-of-house team, manage reservations, and ensure a seamless dining experience. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Warmly greet and escort guests to their assigned tables, ensuring comfort and a positive first impression.
  • Manage reservations, waitlist, and seating arrangements to optimize guest flow and minimize wait times.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor host staff, ensuring adherence to service standards and fostering a positive team environment.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and serving staff to ensure timely, efficient, and accurate service.
  • Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house area, including the host stand and lobby.
  • Provide daily reports on guest feedback, reservations, and operational challenges to management.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a lead hostess or customer service role preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional during busy times.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
