Job Duties:

  • Assisting in the preparation of menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards
  • Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the culinary department, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Collaboration with the culinary team to ensure timely meal delivery and presentation
  • Maintain a clean and organized working station
  • inventory management, including receiving food deliveries and storing supplies appropriately 
  • Adhere to food safety and regulation standards set forth

Requirements

 

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a culinary setting is preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with culinary standards and regulations
  • Knowledge of food safety practices
  • Time Management
  • Ability to work in a team environment

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
