Job Duties:
- Assisting in the preparation of menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards
- Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the culinary department, adhering to health and safety standards
- Collaboration with the culinary team to ensure timely meal delivery and presentation
- Maintain a clean and organized working station
- inventory management, including receiving food deliveries and storing supplies appropriately

Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in a culinary setting is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with culinary standards and regulations
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Time Management
- Ability to work in a team environment
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Ability to stand for extended periods
