Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage our eCommerce platform, and website infrastructure as an Ecommerce Manager. This role will serve as the primary technical resource, overseeing our digital infrastructure and providing support to our B2B customers. This position is located in our corporate office at Nashville, TN and offers a hybrid work arrangement.

What you will do…

  • Oversee the entire eCommerce platform, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Act as the primary technical resource, managing digital infrastructure and working with IT department to maintain and optimize the platform.
  • Monitor data flow between systems, including inventory, order management, and customer data.
  • Manage API integrations and troubleshoot system errors.
  • Lead technical problem-solving efforts across all digital platforms, serving as the main point of contact for technical issues and solutions.
  • Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage projects with tight deadlines.
  • Focus on enhancing the user experience to ensure the site is customer-friendly, fast, and efficient.
  • Develop and execute promotional campaigns, including sales, discounts, and limited time offers.
  • Provide direct support and resolve customer issues related to the eCommerce site.
  • Optimize product information, including descriptions, images, and videos, to drive conversions.
  • Analyze sales data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of eCommerce strategies and initiatives.
  • Work with marketing in crafting and updating content within the framework of the existing design.
  • Develop and implement website optimization tactics including SEO and digital marketing initiatives.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing eCommerce platforms and digital technology stacks, Magento / Adobe Commerce in particular.
  • Strong technical skills, including API integration.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • A focus on user experience (UX) and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs).
