Job Description:
- Serve up warm attention and politeness to our guests.
- Rock the CAI image by showing up clean, uniformed, and ready to make pizza hot and presentable.
- Teamwork makes the dough rise- be a key player by assisting others when the pizza oven gets hot.
- Keep it clean and safe- maintain top-notch sanitation, health, and safety standards in all work areas.
- Ability to cook and prepare pies according to the company's delicious recipe specifications.
- Freshness matters- rotate stock to keep our pizza ingredients at their prime (FIFO- First In, First Out)
- Keep your pizza station as clean as a fresh pie- maintain cooking equipment and work area hygiene.
- Rise to the occasion- fulfill all the exciting assignments given to you.
- Verify that prepared food meets requirements for quality and quantity.
- Be the pizza rule follower- follow all CAI policies and procedures to make for a positive experience for yourself, team members, guests, and the company.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to engage with guests and create a positive, memorable experience.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking.
- At least 6 months of experience in a similar capacity.
- Availability to work various shifts, weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
- Excellent communication skills to interact clearly with managers, and kitchen and dining area team members.
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift to 40 pounds.
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods.
