About the Role: As a Regional Retail Banking Branch Manager at Blue Sky Bank, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily Retail Banking Operations of three bank branches, ensuring they meet and exceed performance goals. You will lead and inspire Retail Supervisors and Universal Bankers to deliver top-notch banking services and achieve bank goals. Your role will involve strategic planning, staff development, and fostering a customer-centric culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily Retail Banking Operations of three Oklahoma bank branch locations.
- Monitor, analyze, develop, and implement strategies to achieve Retail Banking performance goals.
- Lead, mentor, coach, train, motivate, and discipline as necessary Retail Supervisors and their teams.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Drive Retail Banking business growth through effective sales and marketing initiatives as well as development of Retail Banking Team to cross-sell products and services to customers.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent experience. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
- Experience: 3-5 years of banking or management experience.
- Proven experience in Retail Banking management.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
