We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Account Executive to join our growing team and help expand our footprint in the marketplace.


As a Business Account Executive at Intermax Networks, you will handle driving new business development and expanding relationships with small to mid-sized enterprises (SMEs) and large corporations. In this outside sales role, you will generate leads, cultivate long-term relationships, and close sales opportunities for Intermax Voice solutions/Hosted Voice.

Requirements

New Business Development

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business accounts within your assigned territory and verticals.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive new customer acquisition for business-class Voice Solutions and MSP offerings.
  • Leverage cold calling, networking, email outreach, and referrals to generate leads and set meetings.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including presenting Intermax's solutions to decision-makers, negotiating terms, and finalizing contracts.

Account Management & Relationship Building:

  • Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Understand customer needs and pain points, providing tailored solutions that meet their business objectives.
  • Work closely with the customer success and technical teams to ensure a smooth transition and high levels of customer satisfaction post-sale.

Sales Presentations & Negotiations:

  • Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations with prospective clients to present Intermax's service offerings.
  • Provide custom proposals and pricing based on customer requirements.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Market & Product Expertise:

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving technologies related to business Internet and networking solutions.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge to effectively position Intermax Networks' offerings and communicate their value to clients.

Sales Reporting & Forecasting:

  • Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management, tracking progress against sales goals.


Qualifications:


Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the telecom, IT, or technology services industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in an outside sales or direct sales role.
  • Strong understanding of business hosted voice solutions (preferred but not required).

Skills & Abilities:

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives, decision-makers, and technical stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote or field-based environment.
  • High level of organization and time management skills to prioritize a diverse set of accounts.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, though not required.
