Job Description: IT Ops Summer Intern
Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented college student pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related field to join our team as a Summer Intern. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data management and basic technology operations, contributing to key initiatives that support our organization’s efficiency and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Cleanup:
- Review and validate data sets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Perform data entry and updates in various systems and tools.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in data.
- Support the creation of standardized processes for ongoing data management.
2. Technology Equipment Support:
- Assist with basic physical tech equipment tasks such as inventory management, setup, and organization.
- Perform routine checks on devices to ensure proper functionality.
- Coordinate with IT staff for repairs or updates as needed.
- Document equipment changes or updates in tracking systems.
3. General Support:
- Collaborate with team members on ongoing projects related to technology and data initiatives.
- Provide support for additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

24 hours per week
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with data cleanup or analysis.
- Familiarity with basic IT equipment (laptops, monitors, peripherals).
- APEX coding fluency desired
- Knowledge of any scripting or programming language is a plus but not required.
