- Support the Loan Officer
- Manage the pipeline database
- Marketing management
- Willing to answer and transmit communications via phone, email, fax and text for the LO
- Be available and willing to answer and contact clients, agents and 3rd party vendors
- Be organized and knowledgeable of BOE products and overlays
- Communicate all file updates to all parties assigned to each file
- Document all updates and communication in the convo log in Encompass
Duties:
- Manage e-consent for all borrowers
- Review the 1003 once loan application is received to fill in any blanks and discuss goals
- Send Loan Officer a review/breakdown after you have spoken to the client and buttoned up the loan application
- Make sure the loan officer is contacting clients accordingly for rate lock, loan options, etc.
- Prep the file for initial loan disclosures and request once ready (see disclosure checklist)
- Email the client a list of items needed and the next steps
- Review all documents sent from the borrower and upload to the Encompass file, re-label all documents and request any missing items (see LOA checklist for details)
- Purchase loans: Send Welcome Letter to all parties and include Processor
- Once disclosures are signed, retrieve the package and order 3rd parties
