Process Technician
Description

The process technician operates and maintains equipment, monitors production processes, and troubleshoots issues in a manufacturing environment. They also ensure that production meets quality standards and safety protocols. 

Responsibilities


Operate equipment: Set up and run equipment, such as pumps, valves, and extruders 


Monitor production: Track process conditions, temperatures, and storage levels 


Troubleshoot: Identify and fix issues with equipment or processes 


Maintain equipment: Perform routine maintenance and inspections 


Collect data: Analyze data on temperature, pressure, flow rates, and product quality 


Ensure compliance: Follow safety procedures, environmental standards, and regulatory requirements 


Train others: Teach new employees how to operate equipment and safety protocols 


Document processes: Maintain records of equipment, maintenance, and production 


Collaborate: Work with engineering and operations teams to improve processes
